Can I come in to purchase magic tricks or pick up my order?
We are strictly a online magic store, all purchases are processed through our online system. No visitors will be allowed. However, if you are within 10 miles from us you may qualify for Free Shipping with any order amount.

How much does it cost to ship my order?
We ship with USPS and UPS. The average standard shipping method will cost anywhere from $5 - $10. The cost of shipment will depend on the weight and distance from our Southern California warehouse to your doorstep. You will find that this is the standard shipping model for many shipping carriers.
When will I receive my order?
It may take 1-3 business days to process your order depending on stocked inventory. In the case that your order is delayed we will notified you by phone or via email.
What is the return policy?

My order was damaged upon receiving the package. What do I do?
We will do our best to protect your order before it leaves our warehouse. When the order is picked up by UPS or USPS, from time to time, the order can be damaged while being transit to you. In this case you will need to file a claim with them. Keep all packaging materials and product in the order that you received it for inspection. We will be happy to provide any documentation for the claim, just give us a call.
