Return Policy

 

Magic Whiz understands that, on occasion, an order must be returned. Please review our return policy so that your order is returned under the right conditions. We must receive all unopened items sold within 7 calender days of delivery. We determine this date by looking at the carriers tracking number.

A RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. This can be obtained by calling our customer service department at (800) 482-7140 7 days a week from 7:00 AM -7:00 PM PST. We will give you detailed instructions on the proper procedure for returning your order.

On approved returns, Magic Whiz will refund the cost of your order, less shipping charges when the order is returned to us unopened and in new condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns unless your order was either defective or incorrect. ALL products that are returned incomplete, opened, or damaged (not defective) may NOT be accepted. If accepted, they will require a deduction at the discretion of Magic Whiz.

We cannot accommodate refunds or returns on either special or clearance item orders.

We cannot accept returns on:

- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Videos/DVD's once opened.
- Scratched, Scuffed or Used Items.
